Executive Coaching

Countless business deals, partnerships, and sales opportunities fall through due to misalignment. Organizations fall apart when the departments or teams do not work cohesively. Most people leave their companies because they are unable to work with their managers. All of these problems boil down to people dynamics, which consists of understanding relationships, problems and goals of other individuals and then pairing the appropriate action that leverages this understanding.

Morale Mindset has three overarching themes (shown below), however, for our executive coaching services, we will not blindly recommend any particular themes. Coming out of our executive coaching sessions, you should expect to have increased morale across all of your stakeholders, which will be driven through developing the following themes:

  • Understanding of Behavioral Psychology through all facets, ranging from individual relationships to group dynamics, and spoken words to non-verbal gestures

  • Communication Effectiveness including negotiating, influencing, providing tough feedback, and presentation and public speaking

  • Team Member Development via empowering, mentoring, motivating, delegating to, and micro managing the appropriate people at the right times

Morale Mindset's executive coaching is conducted on a one-on-one basis so that we can truly understand and diagnose problems from your perspective. For group coaching sessions, please refer to our Corporate Workshops. Each executive coaching session is 60-90 minutes. After each session, you will have tactical initiatives to test with your team members internally as well as partners externally. We know that it takes time to try new approaches, therefore, there will be a session every four to six weeks to check-in, review progress, and make adjustments. A minimum of four sessions is recommended to provide adequate time for both you and the individuals around you to optimize for morale.

Morale Mindset has worked with Middle Managers to C-level executives. We have worked with clients internationally and understand that each country's working culture is different. With this knowledge, we localize our approach based on the culture of the population. From an industry perspective, we have worked with quickly growing technology companies with high talent density to retail and service organizations with a higher concentration of manual laborers.
