Corporate Workshops

We believe an organization hits their key performance indicators (KPIs) or objectives and key results (OKRs) when the building blocks of the company, the employees, are continuously improving. Developing the appropriate culture, mindset, and team dynamic are critical do enabling and developing employees. As previously mentioned, we define the ideal workplace culture as one where every team member shows up to work with high morale looking to make the organization better today then the day before. Morale Mindset's Corporate Workshops have been designed to train teams to have tough conversations, whether through structured performance reviews or providing candid and constructive feedback on the spot.

Our corporate workshops are one day to multi-day sessions. Each day consists of six one-hour sessions with designated time for questions in between the sessions. Whereas most workshops cover high level theory, after Morale Mindset's Corporate Workshops, you should expect each team member to come away with actionable solutions tailored to their unique situations that are supplemented with an understanding of the overarching theory.

One session can host groups from two to twenty-four individuals. If desired, the participants may rotate between sessions. It is possible for an individual to attend all six sessions in one day, but we have found that most individuals will absorb more content if they attend Morale Mindset's sessions for two to three hours per day. Furthermore, we understand that it may not be possible for any one individual to dedicate a full day towards training, therefore, we recommend spacing out the training over multiple days if needed to meet ongoing business needs.

Each one hour session will consist of a segment within one of our modules. The first 15-25 minutes will be utilized for discussing an overarching concept and the underlying psychology behind it. For the final 35-45 minutes, the group will be split into smaller groups to think about their approach to applying these ideas with regular guidance from the training conductor. Depending on your organization's goals and problems, we will tailor our modules to fit your needs. Here are our overarching modules:

  • Healthy Conflict and Feedback discusses giving others feedback and requesting and processing feedback from others

  • Conversational Nuances covers negotiation, active listening, structuring ideas, and influencing others

  • Relationship Building walks through understanding social dynamics from emotional intelligence to corporate politics

  • People Development includes management practices that can leveraged to improve productivity of the entire team

  • Problem Solving guides team members how to approach all issues with a solution first mindset
